Respect

Everyone here chose to learn first. Meet them as somebody whole — with a life, a history and a reason for being in the room. Nobody is a project, a prize or a fixer-upper.

Communication

Say the true thing, kindly, and early. Listen without preparing a counterargument. If it is a no, say it — a kind no is a gift; silence is not.

Emotional Safety

Anything can be said here, and nothing said is ever used against the person who said it. What somebody tells you about themselves, their past or their hopes stays with you.

Responsibility

Own the energy you bring. Say sorry well and mean it. If a plan changes, tell the person it changes for. If you are not coming, say so.

Tenderness

Hold a heart the way you would want yours held. The person across from you did the same weeks of learning you did — treat that as the beginning of trust, and earn the rest.

Your Own Judgement

LA PASSION.dating is for people 18 and over. We do not vet anybody — a member is a person who paid to be here, did the programme and made this promise. So use your own judgement: meet in a public place first, tell somebody where you are going, and trust yourself.

When Somebody Forgets This

Write to us. A member who breaks this promise loses their place, and we do not refund it.
